Lifeshare Foundation uses information submitted through the website to understand and respond to enquiries about volunteering, partnerships, donations, programmes and community support.
This page is an operational privacy notice, not a claim that unnecessary personal information should be collected. Lifeshare aims to minimise the information it receives and protect the dignity of the people connected to its work.
Information the form may collect
Name, email address, optional telephone number, organisation, enquiry type and the message you choose to submit.
How it is used
To reply to the enquiry, assess a proposed donation or partnership, coordinate volunteer interest and route programme-related messages to the appropriate team member.
Information not to send
Do not submit a child's full name, medical record, home address, school record, identity document, private photograph, card details, password or banking credential.
Form processing
Website enquiries are processed through Basin, the form-delivery service used by this website. Email replies are handled through lifesharefoundationng@gmail.com.
Correction or deletion
You may email lifesharefoundationng@gmail.com to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or ask that an enquiry be deleted where Lifeshare is able and permitted to do so.
Photography and stories
Programme imagery and personal stories should be published only with appropriate organisational review, consent and safeguarding consideration—especially where children or vulnerable people are visible.
